RESPONDING TO COVID-19

We are together.

“Working with IMMRemote exceeded our expectations. The only limitation was not being able to handle the device directly. Otherwise we got all the feedback we needed. We coached the team and got a great result. Thankfully, despite the pandemic, we’re continuing to make important progress.”

As we navigate together the unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, IMMR is fortunate to remain fully operational. We are open for business, while focusing on preserving the health and safety of our employees and visitors.

IMMR has always maintained strict safety procedures to prevent contamination and spread of infection among animals and people. In response to the pandemic, IMMR has instituted several additional safety policies and procedures intended to further reduce risk. We distribute up-to-date information on good hygiene practices and will provide any necessary equipment to facilitate this. For example, we are issuing and updating a reminder of actions that customers and employees must take to prevent the spreading of viruses, such as COVID-19.

Travel to IMMR during the COVID-19 pandemic

During the pandemic, international travel has become more difficult, with global travel restrictions and stay-at-home orders. In a rapidly evolving situation, IMMRemote, our advanced telecommunications and data streaming platform, is often a great alternative to being present in person. Learn more about our live streaming capabilities.

But we understand that for some projects, being right in the lab is essential. Fortunately, it is possible to obtain permissions to travel to France, and at IMMR, we are doing everything we can to follow the process and secure documentation that will allow you to join us. We have already successfully helped Israeli and US clients to lift travel restrictions and to come to Paris to participate in studies! Our team keeps up to date on travel requirements and we will assist you with your travel plans to reach IMMR.

Joining the collective effort against COVID-19

During the first months of the pandemic, we are proud to have dedicated part of our resources (medication and materials) to the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris (IMM), a multidisciplinary hospital well known for its medical and surgical expertise, in cardiovascular, functional and chronic diseases, where IMMR is located.
In order to contribute to the collective effort to stop the coronavirus pandemic, IMMR’s in-house team of Board-certified Veterinary Pathologists is proud to participate in developing a vaccine against the virus SARS-CoV2 with the Institut Pasteur, utilizing our comprehensive suite of Pathology Services.
